OTSUKA – MPRT measurement system is a pursuit CCD camera system for Motion Artifacts Measurement. The evaluation is close to eye perception. Enable to pursue automatically a moving picture of small displays (more than 2 inches) to large displays several configurations are available.

A unique algorithm as a time-based normalization permits the comparison among the different types of displays (CRT,LCD,PDP). Evaluation of Motion artifacts are based on VESA FPDM2 update. Adaptable to color display by equipping a color CCD camera, the software includes model for evaluating motion color artifacts”
