Photonics Festival 2007, its exhibition comprises LED Lighting Taiwan and OPTO Taiwan. It features hundreds of exhibitors from different fields – manufacturers and distributors, academic and research institutes, and government organizations – to represent significant developments in the industry.

The Photonics festival organized by PIDA will take place from June 13 to June 16, 2007. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet with potential suppliers and compare products among different exhibitors, allowing them to make well-informed decisions. They will also be able to meet with industry leaders at a number of conferences and seminars.

Attendance has been consistently high and the event is considered a “must-attend” event in the industry calendar. A total of 25,829 visitors attended the 2006 event to see 535 suppliers in 1,324 booths. And more visitors are expected to attend the 2007 event.

Largest photonics-focused show in Taiwan
OPTO Taiwan 2007 is one of the largest optoelectronic exhibitions in Asia. It is part of the Photonics Festival Taiwan 2007, focusing on the optoelectronics parts and components industry. The show has been organized by PIDA since 1984 and is one of the industry’s prime events for exchanging information, comparing products and services with competitors, and spotting future trends. While fiber communications, broadband and precision optoelectronics are also featured in the exhibition.

The 3rd edition of LED Lighting Taiwan features a rapidly growing segment of Taiwan’s optoelectronic industry: LEDs for various conceivable purposes, including indoor, outdoor, specialty and technological uses.
